EXCHANGES: You may send unwashed / unworn items to us at:

Please include a note with the exchange details, as a reminder to us. Once we receive your package we’ll process the exchange (typically done every Friday).
You may also want to send the exchange info by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), now to avoid the potential of us being out of stock (we will only hold an item for you for 10 days). If we are out of stock in the item you would like, you will be notified by email. We cannot guarantee any shirt will be available for exchange, but we will always work hard to provide solutions and quick resolve.
REFUNDS: Will be provided after the item is received in unwashed / unworn / undamaged condition. Processing may take several days and are often dependent on your bank. Once a refund is initiated, you will receive an email, and your money is typically in your account in 3-7 business days.
ORDER ERRORS: In the event of a mistake on our end, please just notify us by email and we'll handle the rest! email@example.com
DEFECTS: In the event we have overlooked a defect (hole, seam unraveling, discoloration, etc) please notify us by email and provide a picture of the issue, we'll assess the situation and provide a solution.
